Codex DNA, Inc. announced that on October 24, 2022, Brent Hunter provided the Company with notice of his intent to resign from his position as Vice President, Finance of the Company. Mr. Hunter will continue to serve as the Company’s Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer until November 11, 2022. It is expected that Mr. Hunter will enter into a consulting agreement pursuant to which Mr. Hunter will assist with the transition of his role and consult for the Company until March 31, 2023.
